It is now becoming well known that 1 in 4 of us will suffer with mental health issues.

So why is there still such ignorance surrounding it?

Why do people feel such shame, and therefore suffer in silence?

Why is there such fear and discrimination against it?

Why are people made to feel singled out?

Why do people feel ashamed to take medication or hide their scars?

This stigma is totally unjustified and makes those suffering feel isolated and alone.

People suffering should be made to feel able to open up about their feelings.

They should feel safe and secure

Not be made to feel alone

Unravelling minds want to to address these issues and questions by opening up the conversation.... After all STIGMA SUCKS!!
